Founded in 2007 by Mr. Ahmet Danisik, Danisik Medical is a family-owned company specializing in reselling high-quality used medical equipment from the European region after their use in hospitals and clinics at cost-effective prices. Our goal is to support worldwide access to first-class medical care and build long-term customer relationships without compromising on quality. Since our inception, our headquarters have been located in the heart of the Ruhr area in Dortmund.
From the very beginning, our business activities have not been limited to the European market. Many of our first customers came from the Middle East and Africa. Today, we count institutions and companies from five continents and over 30 countries among our satisfied customers. For us, good customer communication is of particular importance.
Our product range began with a focus on medical equipment in the fields of intensive care (ventilators, patient monitors, infusion pumps, etc.). Shortly thereafter, we expanded our offerings to include radiological equipment (C-arms, ultrasound machines, X-ray machines, etc.), which remain one of our main business areas to this day. Later, we added devices from surgical technology (lights, tables, microscopes, anesthesia machines, etc.) and ophthalmology.
Due to the complexity of our products and the high demand for consultation and service after the sale, sustainable customer loyalty is one of our main goals. Therefore, we continue to support our customers with advice and assistance even after the sale of our devices. To fulfill this task satisfactorily in the long term, we place great emphasis on being able to procure replacement parts quickly and cost-effectively in case of defects. That's why we continuously expand our spare parts inventory (as of March 2023: 3000 parts). In addition, we offer services such as assembly and disassembly, transport and storage, packaging, and worldwide shipping of medical equipment.
Besides the high demands on our products and services, we place great importance on long-term customer loyalty. We see our customers as partners and strive to consider their wishes and needs as best as possible.
